DigitAll: Math Puzzle ("the App") is a number-puzzle game developed by Igor Gasenko and Denys Kotenko, with design by Viktoriia Batriukova ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Gameplay Data (Local Only)

The App stores your game progress, scores, and session history on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

1.2 Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as:

• Screens visited and navigation events
• Gameplay events (sessions started, completed, abandoned)
• App version, device model, operating system version
• Country and language settings

This data is anonymous — we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. No user accounts or logins exist in the App.

1.3 Crash Reports

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash logs and diagnostic data. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device model, OS version, and stack traces — they do not contain personal information.

1.4 Remote Configuration

We use Google Firebase Remote Config to manage game settings (e.g. daily challenge availability). This service does not collect personal data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Location data (GPS, precise or approximate location)
• Contacts, photos, or files from your device
• Financial or payment information
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)

The App does not contain advertisements or ad-tracking SDKs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except as described in Section 3 (anonymous analytics processed by Google Firebase).

5. Data Retention

Gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase according to Google's standard retention policies (typically 14 months).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App collects no personal information from any user, no special measures are required.

7. Your Choices

• Analytics opt-out: You can limit analytics collection by disabling "Share analytics" in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Analytics; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings to remove all locally stored gameplay data.

8. Security

All network communication (analytics, crash reports, time synchronization) is transmitted over HTTPS.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
